BUSINESS IS BUSINESS but when it is a woman's business some specific questions pop up:
- How to recognize entrepreneurship in a woman's creativity and capability?
- How to help women to make a breakthrough from a traditional role of a woman to an economic independence?
- How to strengthen self-respect and self-confidence?
- How to encourage a woman to start her own small business?
- How to help those women who have already started own small businesses?
Since its foundation Femina Creativa has organized such activities, which introduce certain changes into its surrounding, namely organizing educational courses for women from Subotica and the nearby villages and on a wider plan representing women's economic interests as basic human rights.
